***Wellness incentive updates from the JPA***

The final numbers are in for both Phase One and Phase Two of STSIG's new Wellness Program and they are impressive. Over 74% of subscribers participated in Phase One-which lowered co-pays and coinsurance. Just over 51% completed Phase Two, impacting deductible levels starting January 1st. The level of participation in the program was significantly higher than the industry average rage of 40%. The long-term goal of the wellness program is to create incentives for the employees to focus on preventative measures to improve their health while mitigating premium increases.
