The Library encourages all instructors to place course materials on reserve to allow better access for students.
>> Submitting your personal materials for reserve:
-Send your completed form and item to the Library using the campus mail or bring in the completed form and your items to the Circulation Desk in the Library. Download form here.
-Personal materials may be returned to the instructor when no longer needed on Reserve. The Library will affix a barcode and call number label to all items placed on Reserve.
Materials may also be donated to the Library when no longer needed for the Reserve Collection.
-To ensure materials will be on reserve by the first day of classes, bring requests in AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE CLASSES START.
-Once the semester has begun, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
>> Requesting that Library materials be put on reserve:
-Please check the Library Catalog to be certain we have the correct item to be placed on reserve.
-If the item is already checked out, please allow up to two weeks for the item to be available for your students.
>> Items already on reserve:
-To add your course or name to an item already on reserve with another instructor, please fill out the online request form.
To remove items from reserve, please fill out an online request.
All materials must comply with copyright law.All DVD and VHS materials must be closed captioned.
